Flower Essences - Bach Flower Remedies and Resources

Flower essences were discovered by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930 and are used worldwide. Flower essences act as catalyst to release emotional blocks allowing people to feel calm, comfortable, and secure. Flower essences are natural, safe, and gentle and are a healthy alternative to over the counter medications and substance abuse. They can be used with babies, children, adults, animals, and plants. They relieve a broad spectrum of emotional discomforts including fear, anxiety, depression, shame, impatience, indecision, homesickness, anger, overwhelm, shyness, envy, loneliness, pride, tiredness, and confusion. They can produce a sense of well being, confidence, control, lightness, trust, patience, self-reliance, and focus.

Below you will find a list of the 38 Bach Flower essences, with a short description of each. Additionally, we have listed appropriate Bach Flower remedies next to traits which they would heal with each chakra. If you are not sure what might work for you we recommend starting with the rescue remedy.

We would be happy to do a Bach Flower consultation for you. Just send us a letter (E-mail) describing your self, how you feel, and what you would like. Talk about what is going on in your life and how you feel about it. What you want more of and what you want less of. We will pick out appropriate remedies for you. The fee for this service is $30.
